Throughout the session\, members will explore a variety of local trails while building friendships\, practicing healthy habits\, and gaining confidence in outdoor recreation.  \n \nHikes range from easy to moderate in difficulty and offer scenic views throughout North County San Diego. Our Instructor\, Derek Wiback\, is a professional inclusive movement coach and certified in Autism Fitness\, so he is ready to support our members!  Our hikes are designed for enthusiastic hikers who are able to walk unassisted for 1-2 miles. \n \nParticipants should come prepared with a hat\, comfortable hiking shoes or boots\, a backpack\, water\, and a snack.
