Put your New Year’s resolutions into action by joining our inclusive Fitness and Wellness Training class. Led by Personal Trainer Lauren Drenckhahn, this educational program offers exercise guidance and fundamental health and wellness education. Participants are encouraged to wear athletic clothing, bring a water bottle and come prepared with a yoga mat for an engaging and supportive experience.
